MPB Foreshore & Beach Clean Up

It is great that so many residents of MPB are keen and willing to undertake cleaning up of debris and flood rubbish from the Beach and foreshore area at Moore Park Beach, but the question has been what do we do with the rubbish that we collect.

Bundaberg Regional Council in conjunction with Active Skip Bins will be providing skip bins for the disposal of any rubbish collected from the beach. These skip bins will be in place from this afternoon (Friday 13th March) and will remain there for a week or so. The skip bins will be located at the Northern and Southern 4WD Access points to the beach.

So, grab your gloves, buckets and garbage bags and let’s start cleaning up our beach to make it beautiful again. If we all do our bit as the saying goes "Little things make big things happen."
