Community Hub/Community Centre Annex

Perimeter security fencing has gone up around the site where the MPB Community buildings will be constructed on Club Avenue at MPB. Works will soon commence on the construction of these much awaited for community facilities.

The contractors undertaking the project are on track with their timeframe projections as previously advised and are below. The Community Reference Group and Stakeholders involved with the project are scheduled to meet in the next couple of weeks to view plans and to be given a full update on the development. I will also share information on Stages 2 & 3 of the MPB Masterplan after the meeting on the 18th April.
